VALIDATION OF EUROPEAN PATENTS IN POLAND AND EUROPE
Since 2004, Kancelaria Patentowa Dr inż. Zbigniew Kamiński I syn has specialized mainly in validating European patents in the Polish Patent Office. For this purpose, we have a highly qualified team of technical translators from all the fields of technology.
Validation or validation of the Polish part of the granted European patent must be carried out within 3 months from the date of publication of the granted European patent. A European patent validated in Poland gives the same range of protection rights to an invention as the Polish patent, provided that official annuities fees are paid in due time.
The following documents are required for the validation of a European patent in Poland:
- a written order indicating the number of the European patent granted, and
- a power of attorney signed by the proprietor of the European patent.
We invite you to contact Kancelaria Patentowa Dr inż. Zbigniew Kamiński i Syn.
